Dan L. Wugman

Dan Wugman obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1996 and his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School in 1999. He began practicing in the field of Workers' Compensation in 2002. At that time, Mr. Wugman worked for a highly respected Workers' Compensation insurance defense firm where he spent seven years learning how to successfully defend a variety of Workers' Compensation claims. Since that time, Mr. Wugman has represented the injured workers throughout the State of New York, using his knowledge of how the insurance companies work and think to his clients' advantage.
Mr. Wugman is also a member of the Rockland County Bar Association. He grew up in Rockland County where he graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1993. Although he no longer resides in Rockland County, Mr. Wugman continues to be an active member of the Rockland County community through his involvement with local organizations and charities.
Michael H. Wugman

Michael Wugman obtained his undergraduate degree from Pace University in 2002 and his Juris Doctor degree from Pace University Law School in 2005. He began practicing in the fields of criminal and civil litigation, while specializing in the eDiscovery process. Mr. Wugman spent eight years working at world-renowned New York City law firms serving as associate counsel in various high-profile cases. He also possesses the knowledge necessary to exceed clients' needs and expectations in matters of Workers' Compensation.
Mr. Wugman is a lifelong resident of Rockland County. He grew up in Spring Valley and graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1999. Mr. Wugman is a member of the Rockland County Bar Association, while also being involved in many other facets throughout the community.
